Exco to strategize on A’ibom beyond hard time Governor Udom Emmanuel is leading members of the State Executive Council to a retreat to strategize on ways of leading the state beyond the current hardship realities.
The 3 days retreat holding at the Eko Hotels and Suites, Victoria Island, Lagos, from 27th to 29th November, 2020, will focus on consolidating the legacy projects and programmes of the present administration.
The retreat with the theme, “Leading Akwa Ibom State Beyond Hard Times” is organised by JC MANAGEMENT LIMITED, Abuja.
According to the organizers of the retreat, members of the State EXCO will have the opportunity to demonstrate their Skills, Knowledge, Attitudes and Protocols (SKAPs) for the successful implementation of their programmes and activities in the different Ministries, Departments and Agencies, MDAs.
Furthermore, the EXCO members, will also demonstrate strong positive attitude towards the development of the State through the Dakkada vision.
Other gains of the retreat are: the building of strong commitment to time management and sensitivity to meeting deadlines in conducting and concluding the legacy projects in the various government MDAs.
“A no-excuse, responsible finishing attitude to the end, through demonstration of strong adversity quotient”, will also be inculcated in the participants, the organizers added.
While describing Governor Udom Emmanuel as result- oriented with out-of- the-box innovations, the participants pledged their unwavering support to the Governor towards achieving his second term Eight-point Completion Agenda.
